Concrete Sealers
Thin or penetrating concrete sealers are used to damp proof and protect concrete for 3 to 7 years. A variety of penetrating sealers can be used for the following purposes: surface hardening of freshly poured concrete surfaces, damp proofing concrete, or conditioning concrete surfaces for painting. Some of the typical penetrating sealers that Vector Construction has installed over the years are silane, siloxane, silicate, epoxy and urethane sealers.

Benefits:
- Protects against damage from moisture intrusion and chloride ion penetration
- Most sealers do not alter natural surface appearance
- Allows interior moisture to escape without damaging sealer
