Protective Coatings for Concrete

Vector has decades of experience in the application of a wide variety of protective coatings for concrete including epoxy, urethane, polyester, polyurea, calcium sulfonate, and other unique systems to protect concrete from chemical attack. Selecting the proper protective coating for the situation is paramount in a successful coating application. Vector Construction uses its experience with a variety of chemicals and conditions in selecting the appropriate protection system. The selection of protective coating systems ranges from water-borne, solvent-borne and solventless coatings for floors, walls, structural steel, and a variety of special needs. Vector has access to very specialized concrete coating systems that have unique properties, such as; elastomeric and highly chemical resistant, thermoplastics, extreme abrasion resistance, etc. They can be used for full immersion or for splash and spill on secondary containment.

Applications:

  • Bridges
  • Parking Structures
  • Buildings
